1. Forgot password / Change own password

If you forgot your password, please use the "Reset password" function. You find the "Reset password" at the homepage of your vene dash instance. Click on the "Reset password" button and enter in your Email address, which is linked to your vene dash account. Once done, you'll receive a reactivation email for your password.

In case the Email doesn't arrive shortly after, please also check your Spam or Junk folder.

2. Change password of Vene Dash User

Login to your vene dash account, click on your user icon at the top right and select "Users".

Under the action buttons on the right, you have the "Edit" option, with which you can change passwords and other details of your vene dash users.

Note: Changing passwords is only restricted for the user roles: Admin and User Manager.
