If you are unable to log in to the platform, please try the "Reset Password" option first.
Go to your vene dash url (make sure to be logged out) and click on "Reset password".
Please enter your Email address (of your Vene Dash account) and click on "Send Reset Password Link". Follow the steps in the Email to reset your password.
In case it still does not work it may be because of any of the following reasons:
1. Your user id or password is wrong
- The password is case-sensitive so make sure you do not have your caps lock on.
2. Your access is not registered yet
- It takes a few minutes to activate a new user. Please wait for a few minutes and try logging in again.
3. Your access may have been revoked
- Please check with your admin if your access have been deleted.
